This smoothie is my go-to smoothie like every morning, haha. I just love it so much and also to be honest, I have noticed some changes. I feel so much better on the inside but also on the outside. I drink a smoothie every morning instead of eating something. It's super easy to mix together and it takes about 5 minutes to do.
How to:
A hand full of Mango
A hand full of blueberries
One small Banana
A hand full of Spinach
A small teaspoon of Vanilla Sugar
A small teaspoon of Spirulina
and top that of with Orange juice
aaannd....
MIX!
Easy right? I have a smoothie mixer from OBH Nordica wich I love so much, I highly recomend it.
